I was able to exchange the item without much trouble, so that part was fine. The refund just took longer than I expected, which kind of confirmed what I already thought about returns being a bit of a hassle. It worked out in the end, but the wait was annoying

I bought one of their striped shirts last year, and weirdly enough I think I notice it more now than when I first got it. It’s been through a lot of washes, tossed in with regular laundry, nothing special, and it still looks almost new. The fabric has that thicker feel without being stiff, the seams haven’t gone wonky, and it didn’t do that annoying shrinking thing some shirts do. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but i get it now. It’s the kind of shirt you end up keeping for years because it just doesn’t fall apart...
